Act 12 is practicing asking "How are you?" formally vs. informally. So, choose either "¿Cómo estás?" or "Cómo está usted?" Use the first for peers and family and the second to show respect. Act 13 is again practicing formal vs informal, like above. Refer to the dialog from the video we watched Friday on pages 30 and 31 in the text. You know, Hi, how are you? Fine and you?
